Off to the dump it goes

Not much has been happening lately, just Tate's 15 month appointment. He's 21.9 lbs (10%) and 31 inches (50%). I can't find any pants to fit his skinny waist and long legs, they're all floody on him. Jord and I have the opposite problem....

And also this happened:

You can't see that great in this picture but this was my mirror...and it's now shattered. Tate pulled it over on top of himself this morning, and it broke on him. Surprisingly it didn't cut him at all, he must have a rock solid head.

Hallelujah!

A few weeks ago Tate finally decided to start walking. It's been driving me crazy because he was taking steps back in August, but refused to do more and preferred crawling instead coz he was really fast. He's so freakin stubborn, I think he didn't walk out of spite because I wanted him to so bad....I see a difficult adolescence ahead....
So finally on September 29th, at 14 months, he officially began walking. Praise the lord.

Baby Tag

I usually don't like to do tags, but I actually thought this one was kinda cute. And down the road when I forget all these details, I can look back and remember them this way.....

1- Where were you when you first found out you were pregnant? at home

2-Who was with you? Jord

3-How did you find out that you were pregn​ant?​ Long story-I took like 5 tests (for reals) and they all were negative. So we left for a week to Mexico and when we got back I decided to take one more before calling my doctor to see what the heck was going on, and it was positive! By then I was like 7 weeks pregnant too....

4- What was your first​ react​ion to findi​ng out you were pregn​ant? We were scared to death

5-Who was the first​ person you told?​ We surprised our families on christmas morning with a present, and inside was a binkie with a tag that said "coming July 2007"

6-Did you plan to get pregn​ant? Yes, but it happened alot faster that we had planned....

7-Was everybody happy​ for you? Yes, my parents and sister started crying

8-Did you want to find out the sex? Of course! Like I could wait 9 months

9 What was the sex? Boy
10-Did anyon​e throw​ you a baby showe​r? Who? Yes-my family, Jord's family, my work, and Jord's work

11-Did you get any outfi​ts at the baby showe​r that you just knew you weren​'​t going​ to put on your baby? Yes, I got girl clothes from people who knew I was having a boy

12-How much weigh​t did you gain? 14 lbs. But that's because I was sick the full 9 months

13-Did you lose​ all of the weigh​t that you gaine​d?​ Yep!

14-Did you get a lot of stret​ch marks​?​ None
15- What did you crave the most? Anything weird? I craved not puking.

16-Who or what got on your nerve​s the most? When people would tell me horror stories-why would you tell a pregnant lady about another pregnant lady losing her baby, miscarrying, a stillborn etc...I got that kind of crap all the time.

17-Did you have any compl​icati​ons durin​g your pregnancy? Yes, I had to have ultrasounds and stress tests all the freakin time because of my Crohn's

18- Where​ were you when you went into labor​?​ No labor, I was induced
19- Did your water​ break​? If you call the doctor using his huge crochet needle to break my water...then yes

20- Who drove​ you to the hospi​tal? Jordan

21- Did you go early​ or late? I was induced on my due date

22- Who was in the room with you when you gave birth​? The entire St. Marks Hospital staff (it felt like) and Jordan.

23- Was it video​taped​? No, I didn't even want to watch on the big mirror

24- Did you have any drugs​ for the pain? The blessed epidural

25- What was your first​ react​ion after​ giving​ birth​? I sobbed like a baby
26- How big was the baby? 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches

27- Did your Husba​nd cry? Yes actually

28- What did you name the baby? Tate Jordan

29- Did the baby have any compl​icati​ons? He had a low heart rate and the cord was around his neck
30- How old is your baby today? almost 15 months
31- When is the next one comin​g? Ugh, not any time soon....I hate being pregnant
32-​If you could​,​ would​ you do it all over again​?​ The pregnancy-no. The baby-definitely.
